Attorney Mark E. Rubke


Born and raised in San Francisco, CA, Mr. Rubke has been an attorney since 1975 and a licensed real estate broker since 1986 (BRE#00936076). Mr. Rubke specializes in real estate issues, disputes, arbitration, mediation, brokerage transactions, and workers’ compensation matters. With over 45 years of experience, Mr. Rubke has represented buyers and sellers in real estate transactions as a real estate broker for more than 34 years.

Previous Experience


Mr. Rubke is a Former Judge Pro Tem of the Oakland Municipal Court, Small Claims Division. He is also a former Associate Professor of real estate law and principals at California State University, Hayward. He was also the Former Associate Professor of real estate law and principals at St. Mary’s College, Oakland Campus.


Mr. Rubke is also a Former Arbitrator for Alameda County Bar Association and the Former Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
